Bjørn Haraldseth (born 1965)

Bjørn Haraldseth is a senior advisor at Interimleder AS. He has extensive experience as a senior executive and consultant, with more than 25 years of experience from roles as CEO, COO, CMO and CSO in both listed and private companies. He has particular expertise in transformation, commercialization, change management and operational improvement.

Bjørn has led demanding change processes and strategic initiatives in companies such as Telenor, Storebrand, Atea, and Visolit, and as a partner in Cervo AS he has served as interim manager in both industrial companies, service companies and start-ups. He is a clear, energetic leader who challenges his teams to create renewal and improvement.

Bjørn also has experience from The Assessment Company AS, where he worked as a senior consultant with recruitment, team and leadership development, as well as strategy implementation.

Bjørn has a degree in economics and further education in management from BI/OHH, London Business School, Stockholm School of Economics and Wharton Business School. He is board-certified and has held a number of directorships in both operating companies and subsidiaries in larger groups.
